Volunteers help distribute food to the homeless from a Salvation Army van that departs 1425 New York Ave. NW at 6:45pm and visits designated spots along a route that last about 1.5 hours. The van will drop you off at the nearest metro station after you have finished.

Join members of our sponsor Rotary Club for dinner and bingo with service men and women and their families at Walter Reed’s Mologne House. (6900 Georgia Ave. NW, Parking available). Dinner begins at 5pm and bingo begins at 6pm. Volunteers help organize bingo, hand out cards, assist participants, sit and chat, etc.
Advance sign-up is not required, but let Rick or Becky know if you do attend so that your community service hours can be recorded. *For prospective members, this satisfies the community service requirement.
